All orders are dispatched from Ringwood, Victoria within one to three business days of payment confirmation.
Express shipping
Express Post is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day and arrive within one to three business days to most Australian metro areas.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track. If the email has not arrived within three business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email us.
Processing times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
- Standard orders are dispatched within one to three business days.
- Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day.
- During peak periods processing may extend by one to two days.
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays and circumstances outside our control can affect them.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. Victoria Limarin is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at present. We ship within Australia only, to every state and territory.
