Orders leave our Ringwood, Victoria warehouse within one to three business days. Standard post then takes three to seven business days anywhere in Australia, and Express Post takes one to three business days to most metro areas. Standard shipping is free on orders over $80.

Not at the moment. Victoria Limarin ships within Australia only, to every state and territory.

You get an email with an Australia Post tracking number the moment your parcel is dispatched. Enter it at auspost.com.au/track. If the email has not arrived within three business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email info@victorialimarin.com.au.

Unopened products in original saleable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products can only be returned if they are faulty. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of our policy.

Toning Elixir first, over clean skin. Hydrating Elixir second, pressed into skin that is still damp. The order matters: the toner supplies the water and the moisturiser seals it in. Ninety seconds, morning and evening.

Yes. Each works on its own. They are built as a pair because a moisturiser seals what is already there rather than adding water, so on dry skin the toner is what gives it something to seal.

Both formulations are fragrance-light and built around gentle ingredients, but every skin is different. Patch test on your inner forearm for 24 hours before first use, and stop if you see irritation.

Keep both bottles closed, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Check the period-after-opening symbol on the label for how long to use each one after opening.
