Shipping policy
Australia Postage
For orders delivered to an Australian address via Standard Shipping, Victoria Limarin will:
- Endeavour to dispatch your order within five working days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date your order is submitted.
- For deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
- Time slot deliveries are currently unavailable.
- Items classified as 'dangerous goods' must be delivered via Road Express, with an estimated delivery time of 5–6 business days.
- Victoria Limarin reserves the right to cancel and refund orders destined for known freight forwarding addresses.
For orders delivered via Express Shipping, Victoria Limarin will:
- Aim to dispatch your order within three working days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of your order submission.
- Deliver orders by courier for street addresses and Australia Post for PO Boxes.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off
- Standard Post: Friday 10 December*
- Express Post: Wednesday 16 December*
General Postage Information
- Once dispatched, Victoria Limarin cannot make changes or inquiries on behalf of the customer. All postage inquiries must be directed to Australia Post via their customer services.
- A tracking number will be provided with every package.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Victoria Limarin will not incur duplicate shipping charges due to input errors.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect package, please contact our team immediately. We will provide a return postage slip and send your correct item via complimentary express shipping. Please retain the original box packaging for return.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, contact us right away with photo documentation. We will replace any broken components or the entire container if necessary. Please provide photos, as they are required for our report to the shipping company.
