For orders delivered to an Australian address via Standard Shipping, Victoria Limarin will:

• Endeavour to dispatch your order within five working days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date your order is submitted.
• For deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
• Time slot deliveries are currently unavailable.
• Items classified as 'dangerous goods' must be delivered via Road Express, with an estimated delivery time of 5–6 business days.
• Victoria Limarin reserves the right to cancel and refund orders destined for known freight forwarding addresses.

For orders delivered via Express Shipping, Victoria Limarin will:

• Aim to dispatch your order within three working days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of your order submission.
• Deliver orders by courier for street addresses and via Australia Post for PO Boxes.

To ensure delivery by Christmas, please place your orders before the following cut-off dates:

• Standard Post: Friday 10 December*
• Express Post: Wednesday 16 December*

Once dispatched, Victoria Limarin cannot make changes or inquiries on your behalf. All postage inquiries must be directed to Australia Post via their customer services.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided with every package.

Delivery Address: Please ensure your address is correctly inputted. Victoria Limarin will not incur duplicate shipping charges due to input errors.

If you receive an incorrect package, please contact our team immediately. We will provide a return postage slip and express ship your correct item at no additional cost. Please keep the original box packaging for return.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo documentation. We will replace any broken components or the entire product if necessary. Photo evidence is required for reporting to the shipping company.
