All orders are dispatched from Ringwood, Victoria within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Express Shipping
Need it faster? Express Post is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched same day, arriving within 1–3 business days to most Australian metro areas.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
- Standard orders: dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Weekend or public holiday orders are processed the next business day.
- During peak periods processing may extend by 1–2 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Victoria Limarin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at the customer's expense.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
