Victoria Limarin Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Victoria Limarin products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and saleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase and cannot be returned to Victoria Limarin.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you made an error when ordering, Victoria Limarin will gladly exchange your item for the correct product. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.
- You are responsible for the shipping and any additional postage charges for the exchange.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@victorialimarin.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will provide a return postage slip and arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost. Please retain the original packaging and provide photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item for our records.
Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have sent the wrong or defective product.
