If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and saleable condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for faulty or incorrect items).
• Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

Ordered the wrong item? We're happy to help. To be eligible:

• The item must be unopened and in original saleable condition.
• Requested within 30 days of delivery.
• You cover return postage; we cover sending your replacement.

⚠ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (unless faulty).
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no extra cost. Please keep original packaging and provide photos where possible.
